ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that emotional intelligence plays in predicting success in the workplace throughout its course of time. We determine how emotional intelligence affects the efficacy of leadership, interpersonal connections, and overall work performance by following people through their careers and seeing how they progress through the different phases. The findings provide significant insights for management of organisations and professionals working in human resources who are looking to improve the dynamics of the workplace and the performance of their employees.
